Hydrating Toner
A hydrating, anti-aging toner that boosts skin moisture levels and helps skin maintain an ideal pH balance. Excellent for dry skin or delicate skin in the recovery phase following an intense exfoliating treatment.

Instructions for use:
Use once or twice daily after cleansing. Apply to a cotton pad and wipe skin gently.
